Our story
Xanadu is a name with history. In Coleridge's poem it is a stately pleasure dome — a mythical place of such excellence and beauty that it exists just beyond the edge of what is ordinary. When we chose the name, that is exactly what we had in mind. Not as a grandiose statement about ourselves. But as a founding intention about our clients.

How we work
Xanadu Consultants was founded in Texas, USA with a specific belief: that organisations serious about transformation deserve the same quality of strategic technology partnership that large enterprises pay millions for — without the overhead, the distance from the work, or the sense that you are one of many accounts being managed by people who have never seen your industry up close.
We are a small firm by deliberate choice. Every engagement involves principals who have led transformations — in CRM, in customer experience, in digital — not analysts learning on your time. We bring in the right specialist capabilities when your programme needs them. You get the best person for the problem, not the most available person on the bench.
We start every engagement by understanding what success means to your business — not to the technology. We are platform-agnostic not as a marketing position but as a genuine discipline: no preferred vendor, no certification incentive, no reseller arrangement that colours our recommendations.
We challenge assumptions, including our own. Every recommendation is grounded in data and analysis — not in what worked last time or what the market currently finds fashionable. We use AI and analytics as thinking tools, not as answers in themselves.

We work best with organisations between 100 and 5,000 people who need senior judgment applied directly to their problem — not managed through layers. We also take on contained programmes with larger organisations where delivery discipline and executive alignment matter more than headcount.
